International Shipping Information

Packages will be shipped out within 48 business hours with tracking information offered to you shortly after. Your purchases will be sent directly by courier from www.usasmoking.com to your door. You will receive an email with your order confirmation number and your shipping tracking number. With this tracking number you can track the progress of your purchase.

1 Please allow 5-8 days for delivery of your cigarettes.

2 Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address and contact number.

3 We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect address.

4 We are not responsible for any import tax charged on your package. We do not pay for the shipping fee of returns or exchanges, you will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs. In addition, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost package.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the cigarettes you receive from us, please contact us within 2 days of received your cigarettes. It is our responsibility to provide every customer with complete satisfaction -- No question asked!
Please make sure the cigarettes have not been opened at all before sending them back to us. I will repeat:the cigarettes must be unopened or we will reject your refund. If you want to refund the items for a refund: all returned items are subject to a 35 percent restocking fee. After we receive the returned package and verify it to be in its original condition, we will refund 65 percent of your purchase price directly through the credit card you paid with. Customers are required to pay return freight on all returns.
Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at emy6248@hotmail.com after you ship them out.

Exchange:
Buyer is responsible for shipping item back to www.usasmoking.com and paying for shipping & handling a new shipment back to the buyer. Returns and exchanges (cigarettes) back to www.usasmoking.com must be posted marked within 10 days your request has been approved.
Pls DO ask us for returning address, DO NOT simply ship them back to the original address, or refund won`t be successfully processed. Please also email us the relevant tracking number at emy6248@hotmail.com after you ship them out. Do remember to pay for the second shipping freight after you confirmed with your exchange.We are not responsible for any customs duty, tax, losting or delivery failure if the address is incorrectly provided.
